Our client based in Maidenhead is currently recruiting for a part time administration to start asap. You will be needed in the office 30 hours per week over 4-5 days for approx. 6 months however there is a strong possibility that this will be extended. Tasks Include
- Parts quotations
- Picking and packing parts / arranging courier collections
- Stock counting - September and March - small amount of stock
- Data cleansing - on Sales Force
- Receiving or returning PO's with incorrect details - assisting customers with company name, address and bank changes
- Any other basic office duties.

- Excel
- Sales Force would be a huge plus but not essential
