Sr. Program Manager - Product Ops, Amazon Autos

This role focuses on streamlining product development processes, managing tools and data, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and has a strong ability to identify, implement, and optimize the right tools and processes to support a high-performing product and UX team. They possess exceptional cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation skills. Additionally, they are adept at managing multiple workflows, integrating user feedback, and ensuring alignment with performance metrics in a fast-paced environment. Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities Process Optimization: Streamlining product development processes to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. Data Management: Collecting, analyzing, and providing actionable insights from product data to inform decision-making. Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitating communication between product management, design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams. Tool Management: Implementing and managing tools to support product development and operations. User Feedback Integration: Working with customer support and product teams to incorporate user feedback into the product roadmap. Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitoring product performance and ensuring alignment with business goals. Documentation and Standardization: Creating and maintaining documentation for product roadmap, processes, ensuring clarity and consistency. Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential risks in product operations and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Stakeholder Communication: Ensuring stakeholders are informed about product updates, timelines, and changes. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
