Key Duties

- Respond swiftly to customer inquiries using phone, email, chat, and social platforms - Address and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive experience - Follow escalation protocols for complex cases when necessary - Efficiently process service or payment requests - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for ongoing review - Share insights on call patterns or frequent issues - Recommend additional services whenever appropriate

- At least six months of experience in customer service or contact centers (preferred) - Proficiency in both English and Spanish, strong written and spoken communication abilities - Minimum of a high school diploma or GED - Familiarity with Windows and desktop computing - Ability to type at least 25 words per minute - Strong logical thinking and organizational skills - Self-discipline to excel in a remote team-based environment - Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks - Must be at least 18 years old Requirements for Remote Work:

- High-speed internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds - Reliable connection with ping below 50ms, no packet loss (ISPs only—no hotspots, satellite, P2P, or VPN) - Ability to provide proof of internet speed - A quiet, private workspace free from distractions
