to join our team!About the role
The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a keen eye for user-centered design and a strong understanding of the latest design trends and technologies. As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences that meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide the design process and ensure alignment with user needs.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Design visually appealing interfaces with a focus on consistency, clarity, and branding.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that showcase final interface designs and transitions.
- Create and maintain design guidelines, pattern libraries, and UI kits to ensure design consistency across different platforms and products.
- Prepare and present design documentation to communicate design decisions and rationale effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, interaction design, graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven +4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Experience designing for Power BI.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Advanced level of English.
