SAP Project Manager – SAP Project Systems (PS)

Location: Initial 6 months Onsite (Dubai, UAE) + Remote (India thereafter) Company: New Era Technology (www.neweratech.com) Employment Type: Permanent (India Payroll)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager with strong SAP Project Systems (PS) expertise. The selected candidate will lead high-impact SAP carve-out projects, manage stakeholders, and provide end-to-end project delivery in client-facing environments. This is a leadership-driven role requiring both deep SAP PS subject matter knowledge and hands-on project management expertise.

• Lead end-to-end SAP projects (carve-out, divestiture, de-merger) covering planning, execution, cutover, testing, and risk management.

• Drive project delivery using SAP Activate methodology – execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.

• Define and manage project governance models and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert in SAP PS, covering project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, billing, resource management, and data migration.

• Manage projects across SAP On-Premise and Cloud environments with a focus on integration and performance.

• Provide technical guidance, resolve project challenges, and ensure compliance with SAP and client standards.

• Act as a true client-facing Project Manager, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• 18+ years of overall SAP experience, including 5+ years in SAP Project Management.

• Strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) and related integrations.

• Proven track record managing carve-out/divestiture/de-merger projects.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology and governance frameworks.

• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to lead, influence, and manage stakeholders.

• Proficient in Cloud and On-Premise SAP environments.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Willingness to travel and stay in Dubai (UAE) for 6 months.

• Must hold a valid passport.

• Onsite assignment support: Air travel, visa, accommodation, insurance, and per diem provided.
