About This Role

What You Will Be Doing

Working on product projects such as:

• As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be contributing as a design expert. You’ll focus on delivering the best possible experience for our end users. You will work closely with the rest of the Product team (Product Managers, Product Designers and Engineers) to turn conceptual ideas and hypotheses into valuable experiences. You will be tasked with taking the overall product experience to the next level.

• Working together with Product Managers & Engineers at every stage of a new release, from concept to code.

• Maintain an up-to-date repository of design guidelines and systems.

• Conduct evaluative user research and usability testing to define the problems & probe feasibility.

• Coaching and mentoring of UX Designers in the team

• Plus: We will appreciate some knowledge in front-end code (HTML, SASS, CSS & React).

About You

• Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.

• Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Product Designer role with a proven design experience building tech products (mobile & desktop) from the ground up.

  • Proven experience solving problem, turning them into easy and dazzling solutions for the customer.

  • Solid experience creating wireframes, storyboards and user flows.

• Skills and Qualities
  • An in-depth understanding of usability guidelines and human computer interaction (HCI).

  • Proven working knowledge of design tools (Figma & Sketch) and prototyping (Invision, Maze or Adobe XD)

  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

• Qualities
  • Used to work in close collaboration with PM & engineers to oversee the development of a product from problem definition, conception to launch.
