Senior Financial Accountant/ Finance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and oversee statutory financial audits, liaising with external auditors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with tax filing requirements and local regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial reporting and controls.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and drive financial performance.
  • Monitor changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance with new requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on month-end closing, internal controls, and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
